MICROVIBRATION WITH WAVE-FUNCTION
What is microvibration and what is it used for in horses?
Whole-body vibration supports the maintenance of the muscles and connective tissue passively (unconsciously controlled muscles) by improving blood circulation and stimulating tissue metabolism.
Further positive effects are, to name a few – the stimulation of intestinal activity (e.g. in the case of
signs of intestinal colic), improved hoof growth, the support of healing processes (tissue, e.g. after soft tissue operations) and the reduction of stress levels (has a positive effect on the cortisol level).
We offer the microvibration in different versions: as a classic top-mounted version with and without ramps, or as a floor-mounted version – which we recommend.
The plate itself is available as a standard static version or with an integrated wave function.
The wave movement causes the horse to shift its weight again and again. This technology ensures a more even effect of the vibration and protects against one-sided strain.
A horse scale can be integrated on request.
